The IronGate team is exceptionally skilled at supporting Mac users within mixed environments and at optimizing high-end, all-Mac networks. We have the knowledge, resources and equipment for any integration initiative—be it Directory Services migration, Active Directory integration, Xsan architecture planning and deployment, or OS X Server installation and customization. For longstanding clients within North America, we also offer an ongoing support and resource management program through our Virtual System Administration™ (VSA™) service.

Stages of engagement
We are engaged by clients at any of the various stages of the network integration process—namely:

• Needs analysis and workflow definition
• Hardware and software procurement
• Integration, deployment and testing
• Training and documentation
• Reconfiguration of existing equipment and servers
• Troubleshooting

Each project is priced in advance of work initiation, following a diagnosis of the type of intervention required. When a project’s scope changes, we prepare cost amendments as required.
